5. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel after your subscription renewal date, you will continue to have access to services until the end of your current billing period, but no further charges will be made for subsequent periods.

Refunds for unused services may be requested, subject to the discretion of My Pet Freind.
